Designing a compelling
first impression

I led the creative direction, design, and production of recruiting collateral for Kaiser Permanente’s Garfield Innovation Group, a two-month initiative aimed at attracting top early-career talent. The materials were designed for prospective candidates and new hires, with the goal of making opportunities clear, engaging, and memorable. To achieve this, I developed a comprehensive suite of assets—including posters, brochures, branded swag, presentations, and a microsite—using thoughtful layouts, custom graphics, and visual storytelling to communicate key messages effectively. My role encompassed shaping the overall design strategy, ensuring visual consistency across print and digital touchpoints, and producing polished, high-impact deliverables. The result was a cohesive, engaging recruiting experience that elevated the department’s visibility, strengthened brand perception, and enhanced the candidate journey.
