I directed the creative development of a confidential market assessment for Kaiser Permanente’s population health management capabilities, a one-month initiative with high strategic stakes. The work was aimed at internal leadership and investment decision-makers, with the goal of clarifying insights and guiding a major equity investment. My role included creative direction, design, and production—crafting a unified visual system that brought consistency and clarity to deliverables across multiple work streams. By presenting complex data and analysis in a cohesive, engaging format, the project directly influenced a $50M equity investment and helped shape the Risant Health product strategy, establishing a clear visual and strategic framework for future initiatives.
